Chat and Email Support/Contact
Use the Chat box in the bottom-right corner of your screen for support or general contact/enquiries. Just click on the icon that looks like this:
At the moment, this is only monitored by one person, Victor Taylor. So if he can’t respond to you immediately, you will be able to enter your email address in the chat box, and one of two things will happen when he becomes available:
- If you have the website open, he will reply in the Chat box. In which case you should hear or see an alert on your computer/device, and can chat live.
- If you are no longer at the site, he will just email you a reply – normally within 24 hours during week days.
If you like, you can just email instead: firstname.lastname@example.org, and you’ll normally receive a reply within 24 hours during week days.
