Membership Cancellation – Step 2

Your cancellation won’t be complete until you cancel your Payment Plan (Unless you are on the FREE 7-Day Trial, or don’t have a payment plan.)

If you are on the FREE 7-Day Trial, or don’t have a payment plan:

Your cancellation request has now been submitted.

It needs to be processed manually by Admin, which is done usually the same day, or within 24 hours during week days.

Any content you have posted during your membership will remain on the site (see the Privacy Policy for more details). You do have the option to have your name/username changed on all your content, and can request that by contacting support@aspectavenue.com.

 


If you pay by Card:

Click the cancel link in the table to proceed…

If you pay by PayPal:

  1. Login to your PayPal account and go to ‘Activity’, then ‘All Transactions’.
  2. Find any of your ‘Subscription Payments’ being paid to ‘Aspect Web Management’ – and click through to find the cancellation link for that Subscription.

 


What happens after your payment plan or membership is cancelled:

  • Your member account will be closed immediately, and any future payments will be cancelled.
  • Any content you have posted during your membership will remain on the site (see the Privacy Policy for more details). You do have the option to have your name/username changed on all your content, and can request that by contacting support@aspectavenue.com.
